A Four-Week Experiential Gathering for Women

November 7, 14 & 21 + December 5
Saturdays · 10 AM–12 PM
The Way Home Studio · Portland, Oregon
Limited to 12 women

What if you could meet yourself with love instead of judgment?

Choose What Is True is a four-week experiential gathering centered on deepening your relationship with yourself—learning to notice what is happening within you, meet it with loving awareness and compassionate curiosity, and trust your own knowing.

There is no hurry to heal. There is nothing within you that needs to be judged or forced away. Everything you have experienced has brought you to this moment.

Together, we’ll practice listening to the body, quieting the mind, making space for what wants to be seen, and noticing the beliefs, expectations, roles, and old stories you may be ready to hold differently.

Everything offered is an invitation. You decide what feels right for you.

Notice. Love. Thank. Choose.

The Four-Week Journey

Each week offers a different way of coming into relationship with yourself. We’ll move gently, allowing what arises to be met with love, acceptance, and curiosity. There is no right place to be and nowhere you need to get to.

Week One · Safety

Becoming a safe place for yourself.

We’ll begin with the physical body—slowing down, quieting the racing mind, and practicing being present in the body without judgment. Through breath, awareness, and gentle touch, we’ll notice what the body is communicating and practice meeting it with love.

What is happening within me right now?

Week Two · Compassionate Curiosity

Understanding without judgment.

When something within us asks to be seen, we can become curious instead of trying to fix it or make it go away. We’ll explore the stories, emotions, reactions, and younger parts of ourselves that have helped us move through life—and meet them with gratitude for their positive intent.

Why might this make perfect sense?

Week Three · Acceptance

Loving what is here.

Healing has no deadline. We heal in spirals, meeting familiar places with new awareness, maturity, and understanding each time they return. We’ll practice allowing the present moment to be what it is, thanking what has brought us here, and noticing what we may be ready to hold differently.

Can I love and accept what is here right now?

Week Four · Self-Authority

Choosing what is true.

We’ll bring everything together by listening inward—to the body, the heart, and your own knowing. Rather than automatically following old beliefs, expectations, roles, or “shoulds,” we’ll practice trusting ourselves to pause, listen, and choose what feels true now.

What is true for me?

You are trustworthy.

Hi, I’m Pamela.

I’m a death doula, Reiki Master Teacher, workshop facilitator, and Companion on the Way, with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.

My work is rooted in a simple belief: we already have within us what we need. Sometimes we just need a safe place to slow down, listen, and remember how to trust ourselves.

I hold space through guided meditation, workshops, groups, and one-on-one Reunion Tours centered on self-discovery, grief, healing, and the human experience.

I won’t be telling you what is true for you. I’ll be inviting you to listen for yourself.
