Death Doula
Companion Through Life’s Thresholds

I walk alongside you in the moments that change everything
My work is rooted in loving awareness and compassionate curiosity.
I walk with you through life’s transitions—whether you’re facing death, grief, or feeling called to understand yourself more deeply.
Together, we turn inward—to the answers already within you.
When we begin to turn toward death, something softens. We start to see our lives more clearly—the path that brought us here, and what is still waiting to be met.
My work offers companionship and a safe space to honor your story, embrace your truth, and discover the gifts waiting to be revealed.
No matter where you are, nothing about you is too much—or too late to be met with love.

Companion Through Life’s Thresholds
I offer space for transformation, grief, and remembering.
I walk alongside people through grief, transformation, loss, and the deeper questions life brings.
Together, we move through the in-between spaces—those tender, holy moments when the old has fallen away and the new has not yet arrived.
Whether you’re grieving, unraveling, awakening, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, you are welcome here.
Together, we listen inward—to your body, emotions, mind, and spirit—trusting that healing knows the way.
I didn’t come to this work by training alone.
I came by way of transformation.
For many years, I lived by others’ expectations, wearing the roles I thought I was supposed to play. It wasn’t until I experienced deep personal loss—of identity, relationships, and belief—that I realized:
Death is not the end. It’s the beginning of remembering who we are beneath the stories.
My own Reunion Tour brought me back to myself.
Back to my body.
Back to my truth.
Back to the part of me that knew how to love and be loved.
That journey shaped everything I now offer.
Death Revived Me
It was the death of one of my best friends that brought me back to life.
After decades of living a life filled with everything that was supposed to make me happy, I felt deeply discontent. I wasn’t connected to myself. I was lost, depressed, and wondering, What happened? How did I end up here?
When I heard that my friend had passed, I found myself asking, Where did she go?
In an instant, a quiet truth rose within me:
It’s all made up.
All the rules, expectations, and roles I had been trying so hard to fulfill weren’t mine. They belonged to everyone else.
And in that moment, I realized I was free.
Free to rewrite everything.
I chose myself for the first time in my life.
The years that followed were full of difficult decisions—each one bringing me closer to myself. I learned how to listen to my own voice, to trust my own heart.
Today, I walk alongside others as they return to themselves. Whether you’re navigating the end of life, moving through grief, or simply trying to remember who you are—I’m here.
Death revived me. And it taught me how to truly live.
My Approach
I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in witnessing them—with reverence.
Healing, to me, is what happens when we feel safe enough to listen within. I create sacred containers where your grief, your joy, your confusion, and your light can all be honored. I don’t offer advice. I offer presence. The transformation is yours.
Everything I do is rooted in the understanding that love is our essence—and remembering that love is the revolution.
I bring over 25 years of experience in education, elder care, counseling support, and integrative healing work.
With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and certification as an End-of-Life Doula, I support individuals navigating grief, transformation, aging, loss, and the deeper questions life brings.
My work is rooted in presence, compassionate curiosity, deep listening, and the understanding that healing begins when people feel safe enough to return to themselves.
I live and work in Portland, Oregon, offering both in-person and virtual sessions.
Let’s Walk Together
If you are navigating grief, facing change, living with a serious diagnosis, or longing to reconnect with yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
Together, we make space for what is ready to be seen, felt, honored, and remembered.
Nothing about you is too much—or too late—to be met with love.
